It is my passion to show you how REAL FOOD is the foundation to great mood, radiant health and heaps of energy. In a nutritional therapy consultation we establish your health goals; take a good look into your current diet, food likes and dislikes; personal health history and lifestyle habits.

The next step is to put together dietary and lifestyle changes that are easy to do, enjoyable and within your budget. Where necessary nutrition supplements and/or tests are recommended.
You will leave motivated, empowered and ready to be good to yourself!

My special interest areas are hormonal balance, coping well with stress, adrenal fatigue, weight loss and cooking lessons that return fun into the kitchen.
